“If you think your life sucks, it probably does. Do something about it.”
This book brings us six of Chris Cruther's misfits all lumped together in an anger management class.
The author breaks the book into three sections each one showcasing the interactions between two students that are in the class. In one section you meet Sarah Byrnes and Angus Bethune who take a trip in search of Sarah's mom who abandoned when she was younger which only caused for surpises. You then meet Montana West and Trey Chase who are all about defying the rules and regulations set by the school. They try to beat censorship by publishing an article on medical marijuana. In the last story you meet Marcus James and Matt Miller. Marcus James is a gay black boy, and when a pink noose is hung on his locker it sends him into a whirlwind of trouble. When it seems like everyone is against him, Matt Miller stands up for him which only causes for more trouble for both of them.
Chris Cruther brings a tale of six troubled kids and how they interact together. This is a greatly written book and should be read by everybody of all ages.
