L.A candy was an okay book. it was better than i expected it to be since it was written by a reality tv star, but i still thought that the writing style seemed really simple and predictable. the book is about jane and scarlette moving to l.a. , scarlette going to college and jane interning for an event planner. one night they are at a club and a tv producer tells them that they would be perfect for a new show he is producing and after that the book just goes through all of the drama that the show brings to jane and scarlettes life.
