I had to read this book for english this year and at first i thought it was going to be a boring read and was going to be Spark Noting the book. actually i throughly enjoyed the book and didnt have to be forced to read it.

Olivia is dying of cancer as she writes this books and uses many characters to help her solve life problems. Like religion, marriage, and death. After Grandma dyes and Grandpa remarries a younger woman. The story is told through the perception of a 14 year old boy which makes the story comical with serious matters. If asked to read for english everyone should and just not sparknote it.
