When Hazel attends a support group for cancer patients, she runs into the cancer surviving Augustus. Augustus gives a whole new outlook on life and how one should live it not knowing when they will die. They both show interest in the book, "An Imperial Afflication". As this books shows the story of two terminal cancer patients trying to make the most out of live and trying to understand life itself.
John Green has written a tale of love, sickness, and the meaning of life. He has brought us characters that we can relate too and love. This is a must read for every teen and adult. Good book!
