The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn

The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn

“I couldn't bear to think about it; and yet, somehow, I couldn't think about nothing else.”

I had to read this book for A.P. English over the summer and it wasn't as bad as i thought it was. It was a little slow throughout the book. When Huckleberry Finn runs off with a black slave he helps him escape for freedom. This book holds not only a story of adventure from a 10 year old's boy perspective, but it has some deep underlying messages. Such as religion, racism, and morality. This is a book that everyone should actually read when asked to do it for English.
